Download and read the file "1_Handout_multimedia.doc"
It is a handout in Word format (click on the file name to download).
It contains information on different types of digital media.

Do some web research for this week, working on the terms included in the handout.

You might have some expertise in a certain medium (still graphics, digital video, animation, audio...) or you might be new to the whole concept.
Make sure you understand the basic distinctions.
You will have to briefly present some of the results of your research in the next discussion board.
