Assignment#3: What is Creativity?
Grade: 100 points

There are no right or wrong answers here. A large part of being creative is having the confidence that your thoughts/ideas are valid. Fear of saying something "stupid" hinders our ability to be creative.

Objectives:

1. Gain confidence in your ability to share ideas with others.
2. Gain a better understanding of what creativity is.
3. Learning the importance of respecting the opinions of others by taking the time to comment on their ideas in a positive manner (it's okay to disagree with anothers opoinion or idea).
5. Establishing a safe environment to express your opinions.

Begin by discussing the questions below with a friend or relative or maybe someone at your local coffee shop or have an IM chat with a friend on one of the social networks(i.e Facebook, Twitter, Bebo) or a fellow avatar in one of the virtual worlds (i.e. Second Life) you might belong to. The point here is not to work alone in a vacuum.

Once you have answered all the questions (in a short narrative/paragraph form), post them in Week#1 What is Creativity Discussion. Be sure to let us know who your partner(s) was(were) and if your discussion was a lively one.

For full credit, you MUST comment on at least TWO other classmates discussions.
